Alphabetic Order by Author Name (4.9 MB)
Categories Order by Book Count (12.6 MB)
All in One (20.1 MB)
The "All in One" book contains all modes of ordering books, but the individual titles in the series may be somewhat faster on the Kindle due to their smaller size, so you may want to try those as well.
If you speak languages other than English, check out the Global list as well with over 35 000 links for many languages.
