Conceived with the busy practioner and law student in mind, the articles in this Annual Review provides a critical survey and overview of decisions that were handed down in the Law Courts and the House of Lords in 1987 and which were reported in the "All England Law Reports", "Butterworths Company Law Cases" and "Simon's Tax Cases". The contributors aim to supply an accessible synopsis of current trends and debate cases that are still fresh in the mind, thereby aiming to narrow the gap between academic legal theory and the experience of the practicing lawyer.

The "All England Law Reports Annual Review" contains analyses of decisions handed down in the Law Courts and the House of Lords during the previous year and reported in the "All England Law Reports, Butterworths Company Law Cases" and "Simon's Tax Cases".
